Numerous hotels are available in Nantes. To ease your trip, the Local Organizing Committee had an arrangement with the following hotel.

The normal rate of a room is 87€ including breakfast. The following discount is offered:

• Included in you registration
• 2 nights (Wednesday and Thursday nights) and breakfasts (no possibility to book only 1 night)
• 50€ per night, for 1 or 2 persons
• Rate available until 15th of September only
• Venue by privatized bus each morning to the conference location
• Organized come back from the gala dinner on Thursday night by privatized bus

The limit is 34 rooms. Currently, there are 15 rooms left.

To take advantage of the offer, please choose the rate "Regular + Hotel" or "PhD Student + Hotel" in the registration form, according to your status. For the others, please consider the other hotels in the same street to benefit from the buses anyway.
