Short Biography - Guy Caverot is Associate and Director of Innovation and robotics at BA Systèmes, French leader of AGV-Based Intralogistics solutions. He hold two master degrees in Automation Engineering and Business Strategy and a PhD in Open Innovation Management. His industrial experience started as R&D engineer before being involved in project management and customer relationship management in automatism and mobile robotics activities.  Since 2007, the year he joined BA Systèmes, he managed several cross disciplinary projects which led him to fill several patents on robotized systems, be awarded with the Invention and Entrepreneuship Award by the IEEE in 2014 and become an ANR and European expert for FP7 and H2020 projects.  He has undertaken for several years now, teaching activities focusing on transmitting his years of experience on innovation & business strategy and mechatronics & robotics. He is also the author of several research papers published on open innovation, and mobile robotics.

 

 

Short Biography - Raphaël Rault has been a lawyer since 2008, partner in the law firm Alter Via Avocats (Lille, France). He holds the Certificate of Specialization in New Technologies, Computer and Communication Law. Trained at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas and at the EDHEC Business School, he is a member of the French association of data protection officers (AFCDP), he teaches digital law and co-authored the book entitled "Ethical Hacking" (ENI editions, 5th edition forthcoming) and co-authored with Dr. Damien Trentesaux the article entitled "Ethical Cyber-Physical Industrial Systems" submitted to the 20th IFAC World Congress.
