Original papers must be submitted via the SciencesConf submission system.
The material submitted for presentation at the workshop must be original, not published or being considered elsewhere. The working language is English. The papers are limited to 12 pages formatted in the Springer Book format for "Studies in Computational Intelligence" according to the instructions given at the Springer series "Studies in Computational Intelligence", section Instructions for Authors, or in the following templates. It is requested to submit the original source files in Word format of each paper for post conference Proceedings publication.
All papers duly presented at the Workshop will be included in the SOHOMA'17 post conference Proceedings publication in special issue of Springer series "Studies in Computational Intelligence".
In addition to the Springer proceedings volume, selected SOHOMA'17 papers will be proposed for special issues of profile journals. The selection will be based upon the quality of the papers edited in the Springer proceedings, the quality of the oral presentations and the novelty, original contributions and technical soundness of the work. These extended papers will be blind-reviewed, which does not mean their automatic acceptance.
